1. Confidentiality

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards. All personal information and counselling sessions are kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines. Exceptions to confidentiality may occur in cases of imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance directly with our office.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least [24/48] hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Clients are expected to actively participate in sessions and provide accurate information relevant to their services. Clients must maintain a respectful and safe environment during sessions. Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

5. Refund policy:

Incase the company is not able to provide you the agreed upon services we shall issue a full refund of the amount paid after the deduction of our service charges.

5. Termination of Services

By Client: Clients may discontinue services at any time by providing notice.

By Provider: We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or if we believe our services are no longer beneficial.

6. Limitation of Liability

AAS Eduguide Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns or issues directly with their counsellors

7. Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
